I had never gone through the process of importing when I lucked into RRK9 website, from the very beginning Sam was very helpful in determining what my needs might be and finding the perfect match for me. I had the opportunity to go visit the RRK9 Kennels and was extremely impressed at how well the facility was kept and how the dogs were treated. All through the process he quickly answered all my questions ( I had a lot) and kept in touch throughout the process, sending me videos and a lot of pictures. I can not thank Sam enough for his excellent customer service and the kind, compassionate manner in which he dealt with me during this process. I couldn’t be happier with my wonderful companion, he is everything and more that Sam told me he would be.

Read More TestimonialsWe are just a few days shy of having our boy “Havok” with us for one month. I can’t begin to express the joy our boy has brought to us. From the moment we saw a first photo of him, his eyes and adorable face tugged out our heart strings, which was the perfect antidote needed to move beyond the loss of our GSD Aubrey. He is a handsome young pup bearing spectacular markings! To say I’m merely impressed with his level of intelligence would be a complete understatement and a disservice to Havok! He equally loves to play fetch with his tennis balls in the backyard, his Kong toys in the living room while perched on his Big Barker bed, and work on his training in the front or in the garage; always aiming to please and receive the response of him being a “good boy”!
Working with Sam on acquiring Havok was a very special experience, one that we wish we would have discovered and experienced earlier! It was extremely comforting to learn that his clients are vetted to ensure his dogs are placed into households that truly respect and admire the German Shepherd Dog breed and are fully cognizant of the time and dedication required to raise a well behaved dog. This not only ensures the future health and welfare of one of his pups will be provided, but is a true testimony of his admiration of the GSD breed and the integrity of his kennel. I’m confident in the future I’ll once again reach out to RRK9 in search of another GSD pup to serve as a companion to Havok
