Red Rock K9’s select breeding program consists of titled and top level trained German Shepherds. All of our breeding adults are health screened and have achieved top certified hip ratings. All of our breeding dogs have proven their training through earning titles that showcase their skill-sets in 3 areas: protection, obedience, and scent tracking. The protection dog sport, Schutzhund, was specifically developed to measure the German Shepherd Dog in these 3 areas.  These testing titles became a very important benchmark of a dog’s depth of courage, proficiency in training, and helped ultimately helped  to create a standard of breeding in regards to the dog’s workability and function.
